EDITION and Sotheby’s Celebrate Lake Como with Exclusive Brunch and Curated Luxury Experience

On Sunday, December 7, 2025, EDITION Hotels and Sotheby’s Auction House hosted an exclusive brunch at Sotheby’s at The Breuer, celebrating a unique collaboration with DYNE and The Lake Como EDITION. The event highlighted a singular lot, merging the worlds of collectible art, fine jewelry, and luxury travel, offering guests an immersive experience inspired by the serene elegance of Lake Como.
Attendees included Sarah Ysabel Narici, Designer & Founder of DYNE; Frank Everett, Vice Chairman of Sotheby’s; Anton Moore, General Manager of The Lake Como EDITION; and Guy Heksch, Chief Commercial Officer of Omnam. Guests were invited to step into a Lake Como-inspired terrace designed by Berlin-based creative director Idan Gilony. Using backdrop visuals, the Sotheby’s reception counter was transformed into a lakeside setting, evoking the charm and majesty of the Glynatte area of Lake Como. Culinary offerings, delivered in partnership with Acquolina Caterina, included whimsical, bite-sized regional specialties such as Risotto al Pesce Persico and Polenta Uncia, served by staff in elegant uniforms that echoed the event’s luxurious aesthetic.
The centerpiece of the collaboration, Verdant Reverie: The Gem of the Alps at The Lake Como EDITION, is a Sotheby’s Fine Jewelry lot open for bidding through December 11 as part of the auction house’s inaugural Luxury Week. The lot combines a limited-edition DYNE necklace, hand-selected by Sotheby’s Frank Everett, with a luxury getaway at The Lake Como EDITION, available to guests during the hotel’s introductory season in March 2026.
The curated experience includes two nights in the Penthouse at The Lake Como EDITION with panoramic lake and Bellagio Hills views, a full tasting menu and wine pairing at Chef Mauro Colagreco’s Cetino following his philosophy of “circular gastronomy,” a 110-minute Mind & Body Detox at The Longevity Spa, a private boat tour along Lake Como with a curated picnic, a sunset aperitivo at Renzo, a full-day Mercedes E-Class for regional exploration, and an exclusive Lake Como guide co-created by Narici and Everett.
The signature DYNE necklace, designed in radiant yellow gold and inlaid with verdant jade reminiscent of Como’s waters, mirrors the hotel’s balance of modern elegance and timeless charm.
