This milestone marks the brand’s debut in the GCC market and signifies a major step in its global expansion strategy. This first opening follows the strategic joint venture between OTB Group and Chalhoub Group, announced in June, designed to bring the brand’s distinct vision of luxury to the Middle East.

The architectural design of the store reflects Jil Sander’s signature values of purity and simplicity. The façade is a visual marvel, standing at 11 meters high and constructed from a rhythmic array of backlit glass blocks. This distinctive exterior makes a powerful statement, offering a preview of the sophisticated interior experience.

Spanning 212 square meters, the interior is defined by two monumental circular volumes, clad in scored travertine, which contrast with the softer, felt-covered walls. Striking blue travertine floors, white bamboo silk carpets, and brass hang bars enhance the ambiance, while furniture crafted from recycled plastic, paired with dark-stained oak, speaks to the brand’s commitment to sustainability and elegant modernity.

The space is designed to feel like an artist’s studio, where soft natural light reveals every detail in its most refined form. The atmosphere is serene and intimate, offering visitors a true immersion into the Jil Sander world. A hidden area behind velvet curtains provides a private, curated experience for discerning clients seeking an elevated, personal journey.

The store will feature a full selection of the brand’s women’s and men’s runway and pre-collections, including ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, and accessories. Among the exclusive offerings is a limited-edition Goji bag in a unique Eggshell color, available only at the Mall of the Emirates boutique.
