Hennessy and Zachary Weiss Toast Aspen Snow Polo at Caviar Kaspia at the St. Regis Aspen

Against the snow-draped glamour of Aspen, Hennessy and Zachary Weiss hosted an intimate celebration of Aspen Snow Polo on Wednesday, December 17, at Caviar Kaspia inside The Snow Lodge at the St. Regis Aspen. The evening fused equestrian heritage, après-ski indulgence, and luxury craftsmanship, underscored by a DJ set from Jack Abrams that carried the festivities well into the night.

Guests gathered to honor the Aspen Valley Polo Club while sipping Hennessy’s signature cocktails, thoughtfully crafted to echo the spirit of the sport. Highlights included The Golden Gallop, made with Hennessy V.S.O.P, and Hennessy X Press O, served dramatically in ice shot glasses. Each pour was paired with caviar, presented on custom Hennessy mother-of-pearl spoons—an elevated nod to tradition and indulgence.

A focal point of the evening was a striking ice sculpture installation showcasing Hennessy’s Lunar New Year 2026 Year of the Horse limited-edition bottles. Guests previewed the Hennessy Zodiac Collection: The Horse Edition, a rare collector’s masterpiece limited to just 50 pieces globally. The edition features a Baccarat crystal decanter and a mural by acclaimed Chinese artist Trajan Jia titled Time Flies. Alongside it, the broader Year of the Horse collection—including Hennessy V.S.O.P, X.O, Paradis, and Richard Hennessy—presented dynamic interpretations of the horse, a symbol of energy, freedom, and forward motion.

The guest list reflected the event’s intersection of culture, fashion, and sport. Notable attendees included Mikey Madison, Colman Domingo and Raúl Domingo, Phoebe Dynevor, Nacho Figueras and Delfina Blaquier, Pia and Davide Baroncini, Shay Mitchell, Sailor Brinkley Cook, Sterling Jones, Katya Tolstova, Tina Chen Craig, Lindsey Thornburg, Uche and Clinton Moxam, as well as Marc Ganzi, Riley Ganzi, and Alejandro Novillo Astrada of the Aspen Valley Polo Club.

With its blend of refined hospitality, global artistry, and sporting heritage, the evening reaffirmed Hennessy’s ability to seamlessly translate its legacy into contemporary cultural moments—bringing the spirit of Cognac to the heart of Aspen’s winter social calendar.
